They had not done a thing. Second day I called service, left messages 3 , never heard back, so I stopped in to see what was going on. Still had not been taken in. Third day called again 2 , still had not even been taken in. Forth day, went in to see service advisor at end of day, still nothing done but was told I was getting close. I had also had an engine light come on that I wanted them to check that had come on 2 days before bringing it in. I told the service advisor about the other dealers prices and he said to take it to one of them.

When I went in the forth day after getting nothing done, I Had all ready decided to just get my truck out of there and take to one of the other dealers. I will never take my business there again, and will not recommend it to no one. Quick, efficient, quality service. Friendly service staff. Great communication about what was being done to my vehicle. Don is the best advisor ever!! Getting my work van equipped. Don Harmon knows how to get things done. He has great customer service skills and his manager Brian is also very helpfull.

I have been a loyal customer of theirs since Service lead John was excellent. Knowledgeable fair and took great care of me. Check in was easy and fast. Work done in a timely manner.
